Most recent handmade project … Summer Garden (my first try at a tunnel book)
ABOUT ME
I’ve enjoyed making new art books and repairing/rebinding old books that need attention. I do various other crafty projects with no particular theme or niche, purely depending on whatever captures my interest at the moment. I completed my master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Texas A&M University (Commerce) in December 2023 and I’m trying to build my author platform, so I’d surely appreciate any likes or shares at my Facebook author profile facebook.com/elizabethbarr.authorprofile , thanks! Help the algo learn to love me! 🙂
I’m currently working on a new book collection called A Little Spicy, A Little Dicey for adults who want an exciting adventure story that is also a super short story with super big print for any reason – nursing home residents, other elders, anyone with mild cognitive decline, or adults learning to read, GED students, ESL students, adults with dyslexia, low-vision, ADD, IDD, LEP, etc. These are simple-yet-exciting adventures that are just a *little* spicy, just a *little* dicey … no grim or gory violence, and no graphic you-know-what in the romance department, either. May be appropriate for some older teenagers with parent’s permission.
