MAIN TASK:
Use website to book hotel rooms, while you are on the phone with the person who needs the room.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
Take calls through a browser-based softphone.
Inbound calls only, no outbound.
Use website to book hotel rooms.
Required browser is Google Chrome only.
WHO CAN APPLY:
USA-based agents.
LEGAL ENTITY:
1099 independent contractor gig work for USA-based agents.
EQUIPMENT:
Headset and hardwired internet (no WiFi).
INCOME POTENTIAL:
Depends on how many calls you take and how good you are at converting inbound callers to a sale, which is definitely a learnable skill, even if you are new at it. The company offers ongoing training, mentoring and support to help agents develop their skill in doing this. If they accept you as a contractor, I also offer ongoing mentoring and support through a dedicated private Slack group (completely optional).
PAYMENT TYPE:
Commission only.
PAYMENT FREQUENCY:
Paid weekly, usually on Thursday.
(based on people who have checked out during the week before)
SCHEDULE – NONE:
Your schedule is completely up to you. No scheduling software required.
CALLS AVAILABLE:
All the time, 365/24/7.
